At Navan Media Inc., we understand that life happens, and plans can change. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy reflects our commitment to accommodating our customers’ needs while ensuring fair business practices.

Event Cancellation by Navan Media Inc.

In the unlikely event that Navan Media Inc. has to cancel the concert due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket purchasers will be given the option to either transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel their tickets up to 14 days before the event date and receive a refund of the ticket price excluding any service and processing fees. To cancel a ticket, please contact us at support@navanconcerts.com.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and can take up to 5-7 business days to process.

No Show

If a customer does not show up for the event without prior cancellation or notification, they are not eligible for a refund.

Changes to the Policy

Navan Media Inc. reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
